We are looking for a highly-motivated director of business development and sales for Eastern North America to join our Customers and Markets team in New York and engage utilities with solutions that will help to evolve the electricity distribution industry to a more intelligent, real-time grid of the future. This key consultative sales role will require entrepreneurial spirit and vision to effectively identify opportunities for Opus One solutions for today and the future.
Who are you:
You are a driven, results-oriented, self-starter that understands utility challenges and opportunities at an operational level and able to convey the strategic value of deploying new distributed resource management solutions. You are able to partner with customers and industry participants to deliver upon innovative grid modernization strategies. You are passionate about smart grid, microgrids and cleantech and want to enable the grid of the future by participating in driving the growth of distributed renewable generation, electric vehicle charging, energy storage, smart sensors, and big data analytics.
